1. Purpose & Scope
The purpose of this Corporate Law Compliant Policy is to define prohibited activities and content according to universally accepted corporate regulations, ensuring that our business practices, marketing materials, and partnerships align with legal and ethical standards. This policy covers all business units, digital platforms, and third-party relationships.
2. Prohibited Activities & Content
- 2.1 Alcohol & Intoxicants – Any promotion, sale, distribution, or endorsement of alcoholic beverages, recreational drugs, or other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited. This includes sponsorship or advertising of events or entities associated with alcohol.
- 2.2 Gambling & Games of Chance – All forms of gambling, betting, lotteries, and games of chance are forbidden. Our company will not support, advertise, or partner with any gambling operators, casinos, or betting platforms.
- 2.3 Usury & Unfair Financial Practices – Engaging in, promoting, or facilitating exploitative or interest-based financial transactions contrary to fair lending practices is prohibited. All financial products and partnerships must comply with applicable banking and financial regulations.
- 2.4 Harassment & Discrimination – Any content or behavior that constitutes harassment, discrimination, or hateful speech against individuals or protected groups is forbidden. This includes promotion of any form of hate or bias.
- 2.5 Inappropriate Content – Distribution or display of pornographic, sexually explicit, or indecent materials is forbidden. This includes digital content, print, or any public display that contradicts corporate decency standards.
- 2.6 Unethical Partnerships – Collaborations, investments, or sponsorships involving entities that produce or promote prohibited products or services (e.g., alcohol, gambling, adult entertainment) are disallowed.
- 2.7 Political & Religious Proselytization – The company will not produce advertisements or promotional materials aimed at endorsing any political candidate or religious proselytization. Respect for all viewpoints is required; no political propaganda or religious campaigning is permitted.
- 2.8 LGBTQ+ Advocacy (Within Local Laws) – Content or partnerships explicitly endorsing LGBTQ+ lifestyles or events must comply with local regulatory environments. In jurisdictions where such advocacy is restricted, no promotional content is allowed.
3. Implementation Guidelines
To ensure compliance with corporate legal standards, the following measures are in place:
- 3.1 Content Review & Approval – All marketing materials, advertisements, social media posts, and sponsorship proposals must be reviewed by our Legal & Compliance Committee. A strict checklist aligned with corporate and local regulations will be used.
- 3.2 Compliant Contracts – All contracts with third-party vendors, affiliates, and financial service providers must include clauses prohibiting prohibited activities. Vendors will undergo regular audits for compliance.
- 3.3 Employee & Contractor Training – Mandatory compliance training sessions for all employees and contractors will be conducted semi-annually to ensure understanding of corporate legal guidelines and reporting procedures.
- 3.4 Financial & Banking Controls – Our treasury and finance teams will partner with regulated financial institutions. All transactions must comply with fair lending and anti‐money laundering (AML) regulations.
- 3.5 Digital Platform Monitoring – IT and Digital Marketing teams will implement automated filters and manual reviews to detect and remove any content violating corporate legal standards. Keywords and imagery related to prohibited categories will be flagged.
4. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this Corporate Law Compliant Policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, contract termination, or severance of business relationships.
- 4.1 Employee Violations – Employees found in breach of corporate guidelines will face formal review, which may include warnings, mandatory re-training, suspension, or termination, depending on severity.
- 4.2 Contractor & Vendor Violations – Contractors or vendors in violation will face contract review, potential penalties, and immediate suspension of services until corrective measures are implemented.
- 4.3 Reporting Mechanism – Stakeholders are encouraged to report suspected violations to the Compliance Committee or via email at compliance@gtech.international. All reports will be handled confidentially, with whistleblower protection.
5. Review & Updates
This policy will be reviewed annually by the Legal & Compliance Committee to ensure ongoing alignment with corporate law and evolving business practices. Any updates will be communicated through official channels, and all stakeholders must acknowledge receipt.
