- 2.3 Restricted Industries – Involvement with alcohol, tobacco, adult content, weapons, or other unethical sectors is disallowed.
- 2.4 Bribery & Corruption – Bribery, kickbacks, and corrupt practices are strictly banned.
- 2.5 Discrimination & Harassment – Discrimination or harassment based on any protected characteristic is unacceptable.
- 2.6 Data Privacy & Security – Unauthorized access, sharing, or misuse of personal or corporate data is prohibited, in line with GDPR and equivalent laws.
- 2.7 Environmental Impact – Activities that significantly harm ecosystems or biodiversity are not allowed; we endorse sustainability.
- 2.8 Intellectual Property – Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of protected materials is forbidden.
- 2.9 Unethical Partnerships – Partnerships with organizations engaging in human-rights abuses, illegal actions, or severe environmental damage are disallowed.
- 2.10 Misleading Information – Dissemination of false, deceptive, or unverified information is strictly prohibited.
3. Implementation Guidelines
To ensure robust compliance with Universal Laws and corporate standards, we implement:
- 3.1 Governance Bodies – A Legal & Ethics Committee and Compliance Board oversee all policies, contracts, and initiatives.
- 3.2 Pre-Approval & Dispute Resolution – All new projects require committee approval; disputes use established arbitration under universal commercial laws.
- 3.3 Transparent Agreements – Contracts must ban interest, define risk-sharing, prohibit speculative clauses, and include environmental safeguards, with audit provisions.
- 3.4 Charitable Contributions – We commit a fixed percentage of net profits to community development and charitable causes annually.
- 3.5 Training & Awareness – Mandatory programs on ethical finance, anti-corruption, diversity, data protection, and sustainability for all stakeholders.
- 3.6 Responsible Supply Chain – Suppliers must adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct covering labor rights, human rights, and environmental sustainability.
- 3.7 Audits & Reporting – Regular internal and external audits are conducted; compliance reports are published yearly for transparency.
4. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this policy will trigger disciplinary measures to maintain legal and ethical integrity.
- 4.1 Employee Accountability – Infractions may lead to warnings, retraining, suspension, or termination under due process.
- 4.2 Partner & Vendor Compliance – Non-compliant partners face contract review, corrective actions, penalties, or termination.
- 4.3 Product & Service Withdrawal – Any offering deemed non-compliant must be immediately withdrawn and remediated.
- 4.4 Confidential Reporting – Stakeholders can report concerns anonymously via compliance@gtech.international. Whistleblower protection is guaranteed.
5. Review & Updates
This policy is reviewed biannually by our Legal & Ethics Committee to align with evolving international regulations and best practices. Updates will be communicated and require formal acknowledgment.
